6. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.
Under EU consumer rules, customers may bear the cost of return shipping during the withdrawal period if the seller has informed them of this before purchase.
7. Original Shipping Costs
If you withdraw from your order, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery option.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, including:
