If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions due to logistics, legal, customs or carrier limitations.

10. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered or is not collected within the carrier’s storage period, it may be returned to us.

Additional costs caused by failed delivery, incorrect address information or unclaimed packages may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

12. Damaged Packages
